Initiative Aimed at Strengthening Organisational Activities, Engaging Grassroots Leaders, and Increasing Professional Participation Nafiz Mahbub, Central Senior Joint Secretary General and Spokesperson of the Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Peshajibi Dal (Bangladesh Nationalist Professionals’ Association), will undertake a four-day organisational tour of the Chattogram Division from 21 to 24 October 2026.
During the visit, he will hold meetings and exchange views with district and metropolitan-level leaders, professionals, and local organisational representatives from different parts of the division. The primary objectives of the tour are to review the organisation’s ongoing activities, strengthen grassroots structures, foster the development of new leadership, and encourage greater participation of professionals in organisational affairs. Discussions will also focus on organisational challenges, opportunities, and future action plans at the local level.
According to the proposed itinerary, Mr. Mahbub will arrive in Chattogram on 21 October 2026 and attend a courtesy meeting with district and metropolitan leaders in the evening. On 22 October 2026, he will participate as the keynote speaker in a discussion meeting with leaders of the Chattogram North District Unit. On 23 October 2026, he will attend a discussion meeting in Cox’s Bazar District, where he will address organisational leaders, activists, and representatives from various professional groups as the keynote speaker.
On 24 October 2026, he will join an exchange-of-views meeting hosted by the *Chandpur District Committee*, followed by a review of organisational progress and discussions on future strategic plans and programmes. Through this tour, special emphasis will be placed on strengthening communication between the central leadership and grassroots members, while further enhancing the dynamism and effectiveness of the organisation’s activities. The detailed schedule, venue information, banners, and the list of participating central leaders will be announced in due course following the final approval of the relevant authorities.
